RETURN POLICY

Product returns due to delivery errors

Defective products returned during warranty

Where the article is found to have a manufacturing defect, if it is certified by the authorized repairer providing the performance guarantee or if the SomniumShop.gr provides the performance guarantee directly, the following shall apply:

The guarantee is provided for a limited period indicated in the product's analytical characteristics. At the end of this period or repair, the replacement of the products is possible at an additional charge following a new agreement with the customer.
The return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. IATA, P. Retail and so on) and complete its packaging.
The products will be returned via courier at the “SomniumShop.gr” store. In cases of return via courier, o customer is charged the cost of shipping to SomniumShop.gr and SomniumShop.gr is charged the cost of shipping the replaced or repaired product.
After the return of the products check the defect reported by the customer and then contact him for information about the results of the check.
If the defect is found, the product is repaired, or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in the event that it is not possible to repair the product in a reasonable time and no other product of matching or better characteristics or equivalent value can be found by SomniumShop.gr for replacement. In the event of cancelation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to SomniumShop.gr.
In particular, in the event of a credit card debit, the SomniumShop.gr will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancelation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any transaction provided under the contract drawn up with the customer without the relevant responsibility of the SomniumShop.gr anymore. In the event of a cash payment, if the customer had opted for the “pick up from the store” option, the SomniumShop.gr will be refunded to the customer from any SomniumShop.gr network store. In the event of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer from the SomniumShop.gr accounts to the customer will take place.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and without any other reason to fully or partially offset this claim against the customer.
If the returned product has no technical failure or this damage is not covered by the warranty of the respective technology house then the product will be returned to the customer with 25 euro technical support and shipping costs.

Returns on products considered defective on delivery (DOA)

Products which are considered defective on delivery (DOA) will be returned within a time limit set by the technology house in question. The final approval for the DOA process is provided by the respective technology house. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. N.A.T.A., Ap. Retail and so on) and complete its packaging. In these cases the following shall apply:

The product is received and checked for the determination of the defect reported by the CUSTOMER if this is certified by both the authorized repairer and the SomniumShop.gr.
Provided that they have been previously received and checked by SomniumShop.gr, the item will be replaced with a similar new one, or in case of unavailability with another new product of similar quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not want a replacement, the initial purchase will be refunded to the customer.The refund is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to SomniumShop.gr.

Return of non-defective products - Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer (FEK N. 2251/1994)

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such contract), or from the delivery (in the case of products) and in particular when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the latter and when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the former. The withdrawal is under the following conditions:

This withdrawal is unjustified and free of charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly to the condition he received, with all his accessories, the forms accompanying it and his packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has paid all the amount the company has paid for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing and/or electronically and the SomniumShop.gr is obliged to send an acknowledgment of receipt of a declaration of withdrawal as soon as it has been received.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the SomniumShop.gr is obliged to pay the price received within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the products.
Delivery costs are not reimbursed if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by SomniumShop.gr.
The refund to the customer shall be made on the same medium as the original receipt, in particular in the case of credit card billing as follows: if the Bank has paid the price to the SomniumShop.gr until the withdrawal and reimbursement of the item, the SomniumShop.gr will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancelation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any transaction provided under the contract established with the customer. Following that information, the company is not liable for the timing and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the abovementioned contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had opted for the “receipt from the store” option, it will be made by returning his money to him from the store where he received the product. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the customer's own account.
The customer shall be liable to compensate the company if he has made use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal. The identification of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the company and the corresponding technology house. The company is willing to inform the customer about any question regarding the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material in an electronic or other way. If the packaging is opened and/or the products are put into service, their value automatically decreases as the product is classified as second-hand and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in the value from the opening of the packaging and the consequent qualification of the product as second-hand is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company and usually is in the order of 30%-40%. SomniumShop.gr is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even by mutual offsetting.
If the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount commensurate with what was provided until the withdrawal declaration.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete the Online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and without any other reason to fully or partially offset this claim against the customer.
