Shipping
The delivery of your selected products is done by the partner transport company at your place. Shipping costs have been included in the price and have been disclosed by the authority.
Product Delivery Time
The delivery time of your order is set to 3-5 working days and depends on the place of shipment and the availability of the products you have chosen. In case there is no availability of all the selected products, our company will contact you in order to inform us if you wish the delivery to be performed in stages or alternatively there will be some delay until its completion.
Product Returns
Somniumshop accepts product returns that you have purchased from its website following your written request with the following conditions:
You have the right to return a product that you have purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of its receipt. Refunds are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and in full packaging. A refund is not possible.
